Common Roots

Technology is shaping new ways in which we navigating our cities and our lives. It is important to explore the potential technology has to build environments, or produce spaces, that are healthy for communities to inhabit by connecting people with each other and the natural environment. The Networked Communal Plant Watering System explores how technology can be used to support community cohesion through a community awareness system centred around plants.
